I would figure out a way to help more people. Most people don't know that there's a way forward, and it doesn't have to be like it is today. If we don't let our past hold our future hostage, we can go on to accomplish great things. I wish I could show more people how to make that their reality.

DR, That is a wonderful mission, and the best part from what I can see is that you are putting inspired action behind that intention to make it a reality. You are sure to help many people. Thank you! 💜

I allow too many distractions in my day. More self-control would be nice. We all suffer from this as distractions are so prevalent in our lives. How often does your phone beep, begging for your attention. How about your social accounts. The list goes on . . .

Hey Rick, I understand the problem. Why not set operating hours? That way, others know exactly when they can contact you, including via WhatsApp, text, email, etc. Or, keep the hours and use Airplane mode to cut off all noise. Or something like that.

Rick, Thank you for joining the conversation. This is a terrific point. The phone is certainly a huge distraction in today's modern world!

I would love to stay closer to my sons as a family. Living in different continents keeps the family apart and we do not meet often. The world is connected with a phone but that is not like a physical meeting. It is impossible to change things because everyone has jobs in different countries and my husband and I are retired and have friends and activities in India so how do we move? and where do we move? which country?

I can understand your dilemma. Can you go spend one month with each of your children each year? Or organize an annual vacation where everyone could meet up and enjoy a reunion? My parents used to rent a big house in Hilton Head and my siblings and I would all take our children each year. We would all chip in for meals. It created special memories. ♥️
