People are catching g 9n that the positive thoughts you have build a positive future action

Although some people think karma is o ly an Eastern concept, Jesus talks about how the measure you use will be measured unto you.

Great magazine.

Emily,

I think your points are well taken. Positive talk is discussed in the Bible and many other religious texts. Scholars have discussed it at length. Thanks for your comment. We're so glad you like our magazine. We hope you'll stay awhile.

I believe that positive thinking isn't about convincing ourselves that negative things are actually positive, because deep down, we can't truly fool ourselves into ignoring the deception. We'll always recognize that we're using a defense mechanism, like rationalization. Instead, true positive thinking involves embracing a mindset that transforms our perception, so it doesn't feel like a deception, but rather becomes our new reality.

Thank you, Libby; I know we are congratulating ourselves. I also know that even one person is helped by the words written, then what we do is worth it. I feel confident there's at least one person who may be too shy to comment. It's OK, our next issue will start them on a path to recovery and onto empowerment.
