Wonderful tips and articles. Evokes thinking on what is important and how to create a better quality of life. The question what is home and a good life for each of us is thought provoking. I enjoyed reading all the articles, tips and poem.
Wow. This is terrific. Phyllis, great think piece. That was certainly information I had considered. Thank you. The poem, the counsel, the tips. All great stuff. Learned a lot in this issue.
I’ve had some interesting dwellings. 7 1/2 foot tall 13 foot diameter stump in a small area of old growth near Evergreen College.
A partially collapsed railroad tunnel directly under the continental divide between the Fraser Valley and Boulder, CO.
Wonder bread truck abandoned in the Rimrock of New Mexico.
A ranch house near the farm, a townhouse on a cul-de-sac in Overland Park Kansas, 17th floor of the high-rise on Century Park East in Olympic Blvd., Century City, CA.
None of those last three ever were homes. Not by your or my definitio,at least….
I can’t tell you how much I enjoy this. Thank you so much!!
By the same token, yours is adventurous writing. Ireally like it! Some of those haven’t crossed my mind in decades. It was a beautiful reminiscence, and it’s all your fault. ;) I much obliged. Thank you!
Excellent edition and contributions everyone!

Awesome articles in the DEP Mabazine. Find it wonderful to read. Unfortunate Substack does not cover India and so I am not a subscriber.
I'm wondering why. India is great market. Lots of thought leaders in India. You among them.
Who knows! It is unfortunate! I would love to be part of Substack
So sorry to hear that Preeti I wonder if there is a way?
