I really enjoyed writing my section of the magazine and sharing what I have learned. Reading Libby's and Gabby's sections complete the circle of health, relationships and parenting. Wonderful tips and great wisdom from our team. I am very proud of our magazine.

I was watching Jumping Pound Creek trickle down to join the Bow River when your story notice came to me . I stopped and read it. Then went back to watching the water move in the creek.

I noticed that I never feel unsure or unworthy watching a creek.

I wonder how many of us carry the extra weight of the perception of judging eyes?

The creek nearly climbs out of its banks in June. I don’t want to fall in. But it never threatens my confidence. How about you?

I agree. Nature does not judge, just accepts. I think many people feel judged and unsure of themselves.

Love this! My favorite way to boost confidence and well-being is through a combination of exercise, creative expression, and setting goals and achieving them.

Thank you Libby I thought you might like it. I loved those beautiful flowers in the Pacific Northwest I dont get to see cacti flowering it was a special moment on a beautiful island in Croatia.
