I am the way I am. GK
Transitions In Life The unimaginable weight of universal pain Strikes with an arrow through the heart. Bleeding starts with the open wound. People suffer for no reason. Injustice, my heart screams. Wondering why some make decisions for another? The judgment toward the color of the skin, My heart feels sorrow for gender… ho has the right to tell anyone Who and what they can or can not be? No — one…… You are beautiful my gentle being Just the way you are. Resilience brings sprinkles of hope. Standing tall in my belief. I will not let others pull me down. I am for equity for all. I am for inclusivity for all. I am for justice for all. I am for unity for all. I am for love for all. I do my part the best I can. I show up for you my friend. I do not care what is the color of your skin. Nor do I care what heritage brought you in. I love who you are no matter what gender you are in. I believe we are stronger together. I have no judgement left in me. May I ask you to believe in me? May I ask you not to judge me? May I ask you to accept me? May I ask you to stand up for me? I am a woman with many lines to the past. I am a woman who can love a man. I am a woman who can love a woman. I am a women who can love a human. Where do you stand with humanity? 1/31/2025 GK Thank you for reading my poem, I hope this poem brings some emotions and caring into people’s hearts toward each other. I truly believe in humanity’s ability to come together and care for each other regardless of who we are, where we come from, what gender we are. I have hope in my heart for the future. Gabriella
Before you go:
I thought that the image below is a clear option of what needs to be done…
Open the eyes and Put the light on…
Where do you stand with humanity?
I pray you get an answer.
I do not care what is the color of your skin.
Nor do I care what heritage brought you in.
I love who you are no matter what gender you are in.
I believe we are stronger together.
I love this. I agree, unity is strength.
